We accept Visa and MasterCard for all on-line orders.

All items will be charged to your credit card when we receive your order, so that we can begin to process your order immediately.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via UPS Grounds. Please note that UPS is not able to deliver to PO Boxes, therefore we need an actual street address.

A signature may be required for delivery in some areas – to insure delivery to a “Ship To” address that is occupied during the business day.

Shipping time

Most items are made to order. Please allow 7-10 business days for standard orders. Large or heavy items may take a bit longer.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges for freight items are determined by the weight of the product and its destination. Order confirmation will be e-mailed along with shipping charges.

If your order happens to get damaged in shipping, notified us immediately and we will send a replacement at once. Please save the product, and all packing materials and our customer service department will do the rest.
